The interview arrangement as follow:

Preparation for the Interview:

The examinant is the HR supervisor of Caterpillar (China) Investment Co., Ltd, named Oscar Wang.
The attachment is the introduction of Caterpillar in China. Maybe it can give you more information about my client.
The interview should be a talk of the general question, includes your work experience and personal information. The examinant will focus on these question.

* The main responsibilities of your work;

* Any project that you have done & what's the role of you in the project;

* Why you want to look for the new job? Why you want to work in Caterpillar?

* What's the plan and goal of your occupation development?

* Your professional abilities and your experience in Engine.

* Supplier quality contral with the tools of MSA, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, and SPC.

There might be an Oral English test during the interview. Please Use the simple words and syntax to introduce yourself, that can help the HR easier to know you. well. Keep your idea and expression_ clear. You will be success in this test.
Please make sure your mobile phone could be connected during the Monday morning. Also it's better to answer the phone in a quiet place.
