个人认为：有效的质量管理有以下几个作用：

首先，满足客户的质量要求！

其次，降低质量成本！

第三，降低产品的品质风险！

第四，提升客户满意度！

最后，提升企业的竞争力！

Why do quality management?

In my opinion, the effective quality management  will affect:

First , statisfied the request of quality  of customer's;

Second, reduce the cost of quality ;

Third, reduce the risk of quality of product;

Fourth, make the customer much more statisfied with the company;

Last , improve the  competition for the enterprise;
