Weekly plan (13/10/2007-20/10/2007 week 12)

A.      Globalization assignment due.

Done. Hope can get a good mark finally. I am quite enjoy writing this research essay and learn some stuff from the writing processes. Actually, I found it’s easier to find sources talking about food systems applied in globalization and forces driving to globalization, nonetheless, it’s hard to find resources in terms of recommendations of managing those issues regarding cultural variance, expansion strategies and ethics issues. HRM implication also is hard to find. In fact, this subject is more focus on economic rather than HRM. But I am interested in this subject; probably will spent time to do more researches on the topic that I really interested in.  

B.      Start to prepare HRIS & IS exam

So far, I almost looked through HRIS lecture notes and weekly readings. I gained an overall idea about this subject’s topics. For IS &KM subject, I wanna waiting for prof. John giving some tips to start, because there are too much information in this subject. And it's very hard to know where I am going to start. 

C.     Keep going body excises.

This task is going pretty well and it’s does work, I feel full of energy and health. I even don't get headache now. I always surfers a very heavy headache caused by sleeping later or nervous. Well done. Keep going , mate.  

D.     English learning includes listening radio, watching TV and talking with Ellen daily (at least 2 hrs )

Find a good source is in google video and Youtube. Watch vedio materials is more effective than listen to the Radio and TV, because radio and TV have too much advs.J

E.      Access to HRM sites to learn HRM knowledge 

Good. Find a good Chinese website and try to work on English website these days, but don't spend too much time on there.

F.      personal journal (the end of day)

Going pretty good.

Today is Sunday, so I decide to take a break to sleep later and go shopping in Sunnybank shopping centre.
