Update My space

I havn't been here for a long time. Today coming here for updating my blog, I still wanna keeping going on this learning space to record my learning journal. After a 3-months long Uni vacation, I was becoming so lazy. of course. probably, I am taking more part-time jobs than before. but for this semester, I still got a subject to go, which means I still need to concentrate on my studying rather than watching TV or DVDs. So vacation is totally over, time for studying.

The subject that I am taking this semester is 7342MGT_International HRM. This course aims to provide students with an understanding of the various purposes and principles underlying contemporary IHRM , the scope of contemporary and emerging issues in today's HRM in a global setting, the impact of the changing HR enviornment on organisational effectiveness, and the implications for managing people and their work. Assessment of this subject seems not difficult. there are only three assignments: one is student group presentation, one is critical essay, and one more final exam. that's all. Good luck for me.
